Exit I-40 at the Mustang Road exit and head south. At the intersection of
Mustang Road and Reno, turn Left and the restaurant is on the SE corner.
Contact Bill if your attending so we'll have a head count for the restaurant.

Saturday, June 14th
9:00am Breakfast at Denny's

Exit I-40 at the Mustang Road exit and head north. Denny's is on the west
(left) side of the road.
10:30am Meeting at Bledsoe Park-corner of Piedmont Rd and Ash St.
Whip cracking practice and getting to know your fellow whip handlers.
1:30pm LUNCH with the main dish provided (BBQ brisket, ham and pork tenderloin)
Please bring a covered dish or side item or dessert if you can.
3:00pm More whip cracking and early sign-up for the competition on Sunday

6:00pm Wrapping up the first day and deciding on dinner.
Sunday, June 15th
10:00am Meet at Bledsoe Park and sign-up for competition
10:30am Start competitions
1:30pm Lunch-on your own (there are several fast food restaurants close to the
park)
2:30pm Finishing up competition(?) and more whip cracking
4:30pm Weekend wrap up and good-bye's
